- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in finance or accounting roles. - Lead the development and management of the company's budgeting process, including forecasting future financial performance and identifying areas for improvement. - Manage all accounting operations including bookkeeping, taxation, regulatory compliance and management reporting. - Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances. - Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, providing insights into business performance and profitability. - Monitor cash flow projections and manage liquidity, ensuring financial stability and liquidity. - Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective internal controls and proactive risk management strategies. - Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, leveraging tax planning opportunities to optimize tax efficiency. - Coordinate external audits, liaising with auditors to facilitate the audit process and ensure timely completion, compliance, and resolution of audit findings. - Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development. - Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
