Financial Controller - BFSI

Position Description :

Under broad direction, she/he manages and delivers day-to-day finance support for PAN_India business operations. Implements finance policies and programs (complete policy development responsibilities and also involves effective implementation of existing and new programs in accordance with established practices).

Plans, directs and coordinates the activities of a financial organization within the organization.

Provides financial staff leadership.

Processes financial transactions pertaining to accounts payable, general ledger, expense reporting, asset management, customer billing, accounts receivable, Taxes, outlooks, budgets, monthly financial close, credit and collections.

Receives guidance and counsel from the business teams & CEO.

Collaborates with the businesses to ensure that the financial objectives for the different Lines of Business and Corporate support functions are met.

Responsible for the financial modeling of new business deals within the region, which includes creating the P&L, cash flows, NPV and risk analysis.

Attends operational review meetings to assure management insight on the financial risks in business operations.

Responsible for offering financial models, including cost and resource requirements, market pricing, capital requirements, NPV and payback.

Educational qualifications :: CA or ICWA with MBA

Total Work Experience : 15~18 years
