Financial Controller - BFS

1) Controlling

- End to end financial function responsibility for subsidiary.

- Preparation and review of subsidiary financials on periodic basis.- Quarterly/Annually

- Ensure accurate and timely accounting under IFRS for the entity including periodic books closure - Accruals - Opex / Capex / Inventory, PE, NRV, reconciliations etc.

- Full control of Intercompany balances and relevant reconciliation

- Review of Balance sheet and engaging with stakeholders on action items

- Review and fixation of credit limits as per company policy.

- Regular Monitoring on NRGP, RGP and STO transactions

- Monitoring of Insurance, receivables and its accounting

- SPOC for Statutory, internal and Sox audits

- Preparation of notes to account and analytical reviews on quarterly basis

- Ensuring that appropriate and adequate internal controls are in place, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate controls & process.

- Ensure accuracy of cost centre/WBS expense bookings for respective projects & plants

- To ensure accountability across departments for both revenue and spend targets

- Review of inventory levels and work with SCM/business for timely liquidation

- Support in adhoc requirements from corporate finance.

- Effective business partnering and supporting business in day to day operations

- Vendors claim verification and ensuring timely payments including payment run support.

2) Capex

- Work with business teams and ensure timely initiate of Capex projects

- Close tracking of CWIP and ensuring timely financial closure (ACR)

- Pre-capitalisation expense analysis and Capex attribution

- Ensuring other asset related controls - Tagging, Idle asset tracking, ADF, disposals etc

3) Fund Management

- Fund management including short and long term cash forecasting.

- Operation of the accounts payable and receivable functions

- Fund utilisation tracking and reporting

4) Taxation

- Review, Accrual and Assessment of Export benefits such as Advance License, DBK

- GST filling and compliance

- TDS related compliance

- Other tax related compliances.

5) Compliance

- Act in the capacity of subsidiary company secretary and ensure statutory compliance
