Financial Controller - BFS

Job Profile :

- Month end, Quarter end and year end closing and reporting

- Balance Sheet consolidation and finalization on bi-annual basis

- Cash flow forecasting and working capital management

- Tax compliance - Direct and Indirect. Income tax & service tax returns and improvement in backup files & processes

- Credit and collection control - conceptualize and implement an effective credit policy and collection process considering the nature of business and stakeholders involved

- Implementation of Financial processes, systems and controls

- Designing and institutionalizing an effective Internal Control system

- Set up Budgetary Control process

- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.

- Research technical accounting issues for compliance

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Candidate Profile:

- CA or MBA (finance) or ICWA

- 10+ years of experience, with at least 8+ years of relevant experience in accounts and Consolidation.

- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills

- Advanced Microsoft Excel Analytics.

- Understanding of technology.

- Highest standards of accuracy and precision

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Should be able to think creatively, and be self-motivated.
