Financial Controller | Series-A Funded Automotive Start-up | CA (8-12 yrs) COMPANY SUMMARY : Delhi based automotive startup looking to hire self motivated and driven individuals across functions to take the company to the next level of growth. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp; - Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures - Manage all accounts and finance operations - including but not limited to billing, invoicing, cost accounting, revenue accounting, inventory accounting etc - Coordinate and direct preparation of budget, financial forecasts and report variances - Prepare and publish monthly MIS reports - Coordinate and prepare regulatory reporting - Research technical accounting issues for compliance - Support month end and year end closures - Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting - Manage and comply with local, state and central government reporting requirements and tax filings - Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls - Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting audits, providing external information to auditors - Additional controller duties as necessary REQUIREMENTS : - 8+ years of relevant work experience in accounting and finance - Qualified CA is a must - Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, procedures and compliance - Experience with creating financial statements - Experience with general ledger functions - Excellent accounting software and administration skills
