Education : CA or MBA

1. Preparing the company's finances in accordance with IND-AS, Financial & Management reporting, Financial MIS with performance evaluation-trend and variation analysis-and presenting the results to senior management.

2. A summary of the company's multiple trusts' accounting.

3. Managing the direct and indirect aspects of a trust and firm, including income tax and GST.

4. An overview of filing regulations such as XBRL.

5. Regular reporting to investors and regulators.

6. Managing RBI, Internal, and Statutory Auditors.

7. Tracking the company's and the trust's vendor payment procedure.

8. Fund management and disbursement to different investors.

9. Working together with the rating agency to coordinate the company's rating process.

10. If necessary, coordination with other departments.
