Eligibility Criteria: - CA Qualified only - Job Experience has to be in between 5 to 10 years only - Purely Finance &amp; Accounts candidate not preferred - Exposure to Financial Analysis, Profitability Analysis, Financial forecasting, Investment Evaluation, Financial Modeling, Due Diligence, Product pricing, Business modeling is mandatory. - Exp in attending board meetings and making minutes of meetings is preferred - Drafting skills has to be excellent; average drafting skills will not be preferred. - Should have first-rate comprehension, analytical and problem-solving skills, and an orientation towards learning and accepting intellectual challenges. - Broad-based positive attitude, strong written and verbal English communications skills and a desire to work as a member of a high-performance global team. - Should be collaborative, open to working with a diverse group, and interested in dynamic, progressive and evolving work and responsibilities. Duties &amp; responsibilities preferred: - To work on business valuation, intangible valuation and financial modeling etc - Analyzed historical financial statements, business performance and key operating metrics of the subject investments valued - Monitoring various segments business performance, and analyze deviations from budgeted revenue targets - Accurate and timely forecasting and variance analysis of weekly revenues, cost and business responses - Analyzing business benefits and profitability of key commercial initiatives and investments by the company - Presenting the Investment thesis to review committee on Organic expansions. - Conceptualizing and designing intricate financial models capturing consumer behavior &amp; industry trends across the Region - Analytics and Business Intelligence - Deliver a comprehensive reporting package for management, including monthly, quarterly and annual reviews of budget vs. actual results and variances with P&amp;L / cost centre owners supported with analysis and business reasoning for variances to benchmark with competition strategy - Profitability analysis &amp; evaluation of business of the company - Liaise with Group CFO and all business heads to support the creation of annual plans, forecasts, budgets and monthly/quarterly P&amp;L review presentations at country level and present it to the Group CFO / CEO for their assessments. - Attend Board Meetings Experience preferred on following areas: Business performance management, Planning and Forecasting, Profitability Analysis, Financial Analysis, corporate advisory, Road maps, Financial forecasting, Commercial Finance etc. Salary Package: Basic salary PM + Family furnished accommodation + Transportation + Utility expenses + Medical &amp; Insurance + Annual passage (30 days leave salary with both side economy class flight ticket) + Bonus If the above JD matches to your experience &amp; interest, then you are requested to share your updated resume along with CTC details to process further.
