Qualifications:- CA with 1 & 2nd Attempt Only

Age - Max 27 Yrs

Job Profile -

a) Job Description -

To conduct Operational / Financial analysis and audit reviews, participate in discussions & release final report as per Audit Plan. This would involve the following-

- Prepare a checklist

- Participate in opening meeting

- Data collection & analysis

- Participate in Exit meetings

- Prepare draft reports

- Get action plans from the auditees

- Discuss with mentor/ Chief Internal Auditor

- Release the report

- Participate in other departmental activities such as investigations, meetings, presentations, departmental budget etc.

b) Competencies expected - Analytical skills; Clarity in thinking; Report writing skills; Communication skills; Interpersonal skills

c) Preferred exposure - Technical knowledge/ knowledge of Accounting and finance; Preferred - knowledge of ERP systems
