Financial Associate - BFS

Job Description :

- Responsible for researching sectors, developing ideas and sourcing best ideas and regularly interact with potential Companies

- Lead Investment execution with the primary responsibility of sector assessment, evaluation, analysis, diligence process, transaction documents and deal execution

- Lead certain internal processes for evaluation, frameworks

- Support Venture Advisors by regular interaction with portfolio companies, analysis of their performance, driving review meetings; MIS reports etc.

- Support the Investment team on strategizing and implementing exits through IPOs, Strategic sale etc. with an objective of value maximisation

Qualification & Experience :

- MBA from a Premier Business School

- Good academic scores essential
