Financial Analyst – Chief Officer – Operations

Qualification/ Experience Job Responsibilities

(B.Com + MBA) or CA

- 6-7 years

- Data Analysis; Inter / Intra Circle Region cordination

- Performing Feasibility analysis to determine how realistic the requirements are in terms of effort, time, and costs.

Cost/Benefit Analysis & alternatives identification.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial:

- Tracking business plan implementation by coordinating with functional heads and Chief Officer .

- Monitor financial /non-financial parameters & MIS on Key Performance Indicators.

- Monitor forecasting accuracy and recommend actions based on analysis of variances

Customer :

- Coordination between different internal departments/divisions regarding operations

Process :

- Facilitate operations review process, including facilitation of monthly review meetings, followup on action plans and creation of effective MIS dockets

- Collate and analyze necessary data and co-ordinate pertinent analysis to facilitate strategic
planning.

- Providing executive support to the Chief Officer- Operations in taking tactical and strategic decisions in sync with organizational goals (financial, customer service, operational efficiency, market share, etc)

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

- Quality of the technical information in the reports

- Timely submission of the requisite information

- Satisfaction of the internal customer
