Financial Analyst - Real Estate- Chennai

Candidates from IIM and Other TOP B Schools would be preferred.

- Support to top management in achieving the better top line, valuation & profitability.

- MIS Reporting - structured periodic reports- Project wise costing & profitability & one-off or situational reports for higher management decisions & policies.

- Budgeting, Planning of the Finances & tracking the expenses against the budget.

- Financial Modeling, Valuation analysis

- Treasury function - managing the cash flow & investing

- Liaison with Banking & nonbanking financial concerns

Qualification:

- MBA-Finance with at least 2-3 years of experience in core finance/accounts area

- Either an engineering graduate or ICWA preferred

- Well versed with accounting fundamentals, understanding of accounting transactions

- Knowledge of accounting ERP such as Tally and/or SAP

- Good Analytical and problem Solving Skills

- Good command over Excel, Word, and PPT

- Good oral and written communication skills
