Financial Analyst - Real Estate

1) BD Position for Financial analyst :

a. Preferably BE with finance background (PG/ PGDM in Finance)

b. Candidate should have hands on Financial modelling / excel for the preparation of business plan

c. Candidate should also be good in power point

d. Candidate should have basic understanding on regulatory norms and should be able to understand FSI norms.

e. 5-7 years' experience in real estate (preferably for Pune)

- Identifying profitable business opportunities

- Conducting extensive market research

- Creating actionable business strategies

- Nurturing relationships with clients

- Analysing market trends

- Tracking business performance

- Allocating and managing the company's resources
