S/He would be responsibile for financial management, program/project management, strategy and operations reviews, data management and analysis, and a full range of real estate property and capital planning advisory services. POSITION GOALS &amp; OBJECTIVES : - Responsible for conducting financial analysis - Create financial models to evaluate feasibility of real estate deals - Manage and process transactional activities involved in lease and sale transactions - Articulate findings (both pros and cons) of transactions to team members and investors in a professional manner - Detailing assumptions, methodologies and information sources for all analytical tasks - Assisting with the preparation of reports, written analyses, presentations and other client deliverables - Understanding, researching and organizing disparate types of data (economic, demographic, real estate market data, etc.) in Excel, performing analyses and documenting findings.
