Qualification / Preferred Background

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; candidates with an MBA in finance and marketing will be preferred

- 2+ Years progressive experience as a financial analyst & or Business Development executive

- Excellent financial analytic & presentation skills

- Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office with advanced Excel capabilities

- Strong background in real estate market analysis & real estate financial analysis related to residential, commercial & retail real estate is ideal

- Knowledge and ability to interpret and apply, finance and accounting policies and systems and carry out primary & secondary market research.

Functional Area

- Financial Modeling & Research , Business development and co-ordination for fund raising OR closing a transaction

Job Description

- Prepares complex and sophisticated valuation and cash flow models

- Assess feasibility of real estate projects & prepare market analysis reports.

- Prepare budgets and Analyze legal and financial aspects of new investments

- Calculate and interpret investment returns (i.e.- IRR, NPV, ROI, MOC)

- Prepare investment recommendations and transactions structures

- Developing financial and marketing presentations for financial investors

Desired Profile

- The candidate should have worked ideally in an investment banking firm, bank (real estate debt), private equity fund or he should have been with a real estate advisory firm / developer in an advisory & business development role.

Timings - 9.30am – 6.30pm with full flexibility which is vital in the role.
