Financial Analyst/Project Controller - Product Line

Job Description

Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job:

- The Financial Analyst/Project Controller will work closely with stakeholders to achieve desired goals, develop best practices for data collection and analysis, troubleshoot issues, and ensure regulations and quality standards are met.

- Additionally, the job holder will monitor production schedules to ensure that orders are filled on time and in full.

Responsibilities:

- The job holder will be responsible for managing Capex reporting from SAP, including forecasting, reviewing costing for new tolling set up, preparing several product line and business-related decks, reporting project actuals vs budget to Project Managers, performing controller activities for Outplants/warehouses, and participating in ad hoc improvement projects.

Level of Autonomy: The job holder will prepare data, information, and reports for multiple stakeholders at various levels in the finance department.

Job Requirements:

- The ideal candidate will have a Chartered Accountant/Cost & Management Accountant/MBA (Finance) degree from a B-School with relevant experience.

- Additionally, the candidate should have 5 to 8 years of experience in financial analysis/project controlling functions, be interested in working in the chemical manufacturing industry with a global multinational organization, be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and have knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Business Warehouse, PowerBi, and SAP Analytical Cloud.

- The job holder should also be fluent in English, comfortable in a demanding environment within an international context, possess strong interpersonal skills, create enthusiasm, be a driver of change, and be analytical and fact-based.
