Financial Analyst - Pharma

- To be part of the team driving the P&L for 250 M business. Financial planning and Reporting of Revenue and costs.

- Revenue Forecast - Preparation of revenue forecasts and submission to Regional and India Headquarters as per agreed timelines, Regular interaction with commercial leaders, commercial team to get visibility on the revenue forecast/ opportunities, Identify opportunities to grow the business track revenue trends, and highlight key risk/ opportunities and mitigating plans, Identifying pricing opportunities

- Ensure Revenue Recognition is accurate and in line with corporate guidelines

- Publishing MIS - Revenue/ Opex / P&L reports at agreed frequency Opex management- Preparation and submission of Opex Budgets to Regional and India Headquarters Continuous tracking of the costs to ensure that spending is within the Budget

- Revenue Target setting- Play a key role in setting individual Revenue targets for the commercial team and tracking the same. Highlight the variances in a timely manner

- Collaborate with the Commercial team- Working with the commercial team to lend support for the execution of the Revenue plan

- Supporting Commercial leaders by providing the information required on a regular basis
