POSITION: FINANCIAL ANALYST Reporting to Executive director. JOB DESCRIPTION : - Hands on experience / competency to develop a robust and flexible Financial Models for debt and equity raise both domestic and International markets. - Effective Communication Skill and Proficiency in the preparation and presentation of Teasers, Presentations and Information Memorandums to the Stake holders. - Good knowledge in Business planning, Forecasting, Financial metrics and understanding Banking norms and regulations. - Working experience in dealing with Banks, Financial Institutions, NBFC's, Funds and credit rating agencies. - Excellent working skill in Spreadsheet and Power point presentation. Qualification and Experience: - Professional Degree or Masters in Finance or MBA or CMA or a Chartered Accountant. - 2 to 4 years' relevant experience. - Male Candidates Preferred
