Job Title - Financial Analyst

Reporting To - Head Audit

Location - Chennai

Job Objective

looking for a Financial Analyst to provide accurate and data-based information on company's profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity. You will research and analyze financial information to help company make well informed decisions, write reports and monitor financial movements.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies for financial analysis, focusing on providing timely and insightful analytics of financial and operating metrics to support decision-making and drive business performance.

- Lead initiatives to enhance branch and product profitability analysis, leveraging insights to optimize resource allocation and improve overall financial performance.

- Establish frameworks for identifying and monitoring early warning indicators, proactively identifying potential risks and opportunities to mitigate or capitalize on them.

- Prepare monthly analytics of financial and operating metrics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to support management reporting and decision-making processes.

- Conduct branch and product profitability analysis, identifying areas of improvement and providing actionable recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency.

- Develop new metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor areas of concern, enabling proactive management of financial risks and opportunities.

- Provide guidance and support to the financial analysis team, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial reporting and analysis activities.

Must Have

- CA-Inter/CMA/MBA Finance or Any other graduation degree

- 5 - 15 years of experience in NBFC or any other finance institution in audit/corporate finance

- Have good Knowledge in NBFC & Banking Audits.

- Good Hands-on Advance excel.

- Willing to travel 10-15 Day's in a Quarter.
