- Merger and Acquisition Model using valuation method

- Expert in MIS Modelling

- Knowledge in Various Financial model like (IRR, CAPM, NPV, CASH FLOW)

- Constructing new business model and screening tool for client to evaluate opportunities with various economic scenarios and enhancement of existing spreadsheet models and macros.

- Knowledge about the Debt Syndication.

- Knowledge in valuation of company.

- Expertise in various Financial Analyst

- Consolidation / review of Annual Budget

- Assist in preparation of strategic plans

- Preparation of various finance presentations / Quarterly Business reviews for Audit Committee and Board

- CA or MBA Finance from good institutions
