- It is a commercial real estate professional services firm comprised of two central branches, REKPO (real estate KPO) and real estate consultancy. We help real estate companies globalize their operations and systems via our talented team members and central knowledge hub and communication center (the Hive). Our primary goal is to help real estate companies scale their operations and save on back-office support costs, all without sacrificing quality.

Position : Financial Analyst

Experience : 01 - 03 Year's in Commercial Real Estate Modeling / Equity Research / Financial Modeling / DCF Modeling

Preferred location : Pan India - willing to relocate New Delhi- If required

Job timing for this position- US Time Zone (05:30 pm to 02:30 am / 6.30 pm to 3.30 am- Night Shift)

Working days : Monday To Friday

Job Responsibilities :

- We are currently looking for a financial analyst to join our firm who is especially skilled in Microsoft Excel and model creation.

- We expect that the candidate is an expert in Excel and has the capabilities to use SUM, Average, SUMIF, PMI, NPV, IRR, VLOOKUP, RUNDOWN, PV, Index Match Match, IF(MIN, MIN), IF(VLOOKUP), HLOOKUP, SUMPRODUCT, and more.

- We want the candidate to be able to create models from scratch and also improve existing client models.

- Track and analyze all aspects of the local commercial real estate market.

- Responsible for analyzing and creating reports on the local real estate market and regional economy with respect to employment statistics, major company activities, industry trends, and demographics that affect the local real estate market.

- Prepare and present reports to Clients and Management.

- Serve as a market "expert" with extensive detailed knowledge of the macro and micro factors affecting the market.

- Proactively leverage on knowledge from research for products, client projects, and business development efforts
