Financial Analyst - Infrastructure Finance/Project Finance

Job Description:

- Create Financial modelling, analysis of financial documents and evaluate the Investment and private Equity funds

- Assist in the analysis and diligence of Equity & Debt and Infrastructure opportunities in Chennai & Tamil Nadu

- Feasibility study about the Projects

- Investment appraisals, portfolio analysis and Fund operation skills

- Knowledge of financial instruments and structures

- Assist in the creation of information memorandums, reporting to the management// board/ investors.

- Experience in working with a private equity or venture capital funds would be an added advantage

Desired Profile of the candidate:

1. Should be a Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance from a Tier-1 institute and having 5-10 years of hands on experience in Infrastructure/ Project Finance.

2. Should have a good communication and interpersonal skills in English.

3. Expereince in Private equity or Venture capital funds will be an advantage.
