Financial Analyst - House Finance

Hiring for a leading Housing finance company for a Financial Analyst Role.

Location : CST,Fort Mumbai

Candidates with experience in NBFC preferred

Present to Senior Management with an overview of services, analytical reviews of the year over year as well as a forward-looking view of expenses and impact on income

- Financial modelling and making financial forecasts.

- Present analytical reporting, performance reporting and valuation.

- Establishing and evaluating financial records, statements, and profit plans.

- Identifying financial performance trends and financial risk, and making recommendation for improvement.

- Coordinating with other members of the finance team, to review financial information and forecasts.

- Mastery of financial tools like excel (usage of macros etc.) and presentation tools like power-point and Google Console.

- Enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible

- Thorough understanding of financial and business concepts and able to demonstrate in written, conceptual, analytical and presentation forms.

Financial Analyst Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field.

- Proven 3 years of experience in the financial services / NBFC industry.

- Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications.

- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.

- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.

- Deep understanding of the financial system and institutions.
