Job description :

- Experience in dealing with VC funds.

- Should be able to work on term sheets for VC funding.

- Having network across multiple VC funds.

- Analyze financial data and create financial models for building growth plans.

- Prepare and analyze operational financial metrics and trends

- Work on market projections, future financials, building business models and develop financial models.

- Identify business opportunities and be able to do "What if" analysis across various scenario

- Assisting Senior Management in various strategic initiatives and projects across the firm

- Performing appropriate financial and strategic analysis to support key projects

- Reporting regularly to the Senior Management on all ongoing processes and initiatives

- He/She is going to have a multi-faceted role which primarily focuses on business performance review, firm wide budgeting and cost controls, and acquisition screening and industry competitor analysis

Required Candidate profile :

- 4-7 years experience in financial modeling /analysis and/or related fields.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must.

- Proficient in financial documentation.

- Strong analytical ability

- Ability to work under pressure

- Excellent analytics skills to identify and resolve issues.

Education / Qualification :

- UG : B.Com in Commerce

- PG : CFA /CA/ MBA Finance
