1. Leading and driving strategic business growth in terms of Revenue & Contribution margins.

2. Business planning , market research , customer reach , data analytics to focus on productivity

3. Company Level Scientific Budgeting. Create Business Plan and drive daily/weekly & Monthly dashboards for efficient management of operations and outcomes.

4. Monthly Analysis of Key Ratios to ascertain the company's financial health :

- Compare analysis against the ideal standards and provide recommendations.

- Analysing & Comprehending the Financial Data (P&L, BS & CF) of the company on a monthly basis and submitting the inferences/suggestions to Management for strategic decision making

5. Analysing Project level MIS : Project management , capital cost and timeline Analysis, periodical reports with recommendations which will enable to take strategic decision

6. Frequent Interaction with the business stakeholders across all levels of the organization to refine existing operational metrics

7. Competitive Analysis : Product , market and pricing of key industry competitors.

8. To prepare the analysis, presentation under the guidance of Vice-Chairman of the company for presenting to internal strategy group and external stakeholders.
