- Book Closure Ownership.

- Preparing Annual Operating plan for the company.

- Overheads Analysis & Cash Flow Projection.

- Store Profitability Analysis.

- Budget VS Actual variance reporting

- Import Accounting & process.

- D&L Commercial activities.

- Sourcing Commercial activities

- Reliance Trends.com -Omnichannel

- Accounting and Controlling of International Offices, Design & Sourcing offices, Sampling unit & Testing lab.

- Setting up of Accounting Operation & Other SOP'S for new projects like Capacity Blocking, PO Financing,Franchisee Model etc..

- Automation of Monthly & Weekly report in DSS.

- SOP, Agreement drafting as and when required
