Financial Analyst - FMCG

Position: Financial analyst for one of the largest FMCG company in Nigeria, Lagos

Job Description:

- Demonstrated Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience in already established FMCG (“process driven” company, no necessarily blue-chip, but close to)

- Experienced in building bottom-up FP&A frameworks, providing concise but insightful info on business drivers (bottom-up financials models, advanced excel and data base management)

- Knowledge of ERP and inter-dependence amongst modules along with track record of improving processes and optimizing the use of systems/modules

- Critical thinker

- Financial modelling experience

- Experienced in supporting CFO/FD leading the budget process (along with Latest Estimates, forecasts, Outlooks) from formulation to “execution”, supporting & making people/partners accountable for both “formulation” and “execution”. This includes, but not limited to management and consolidation of data provided/ FP&A / Build-up budget, outlooks, R&Os / Accountability of stakeholders / firm with deadlines / critical thinker

- Applied IFRS knowledge & reporting under IFRS

- Few roles of seniority OR/AND strong number two of a Financial Controller/FD in a blue-chip (or established FMCG)
