Full time MBA is a mandate

2. 1-3 years of experience required

3. Since we are hiring a financial analyst, the candidate should have an industry focus on banking or insurance

4. Primary skills is secondary research and they should have an expertise in the banking/insurance segment

5. The candidate should be able to read the balance sheet, annual reports etc, should have a decent knowledge on the finance front, the candidate should be able to ratio analysis and financial analysis.

6. Less than 8.5 lpa CTC should not be sent to the hiring panel
