Job Description :

- Responsible for developing and maintaining metrics and reconciliations supporting Company's global real estate leasing portfolio.

- In addition, this position will provide support in analyzing and reporting on monthly variance analysis and developing advanced models to improve forecasting and variance/trend analysis

- Analyzing and reporting on monthly variance analysis - Capex and Opex for worldwide countries

Requirement :

- Excellent communication skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance required

- Knowledge in Expense analysis, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting

- SQL /VBA knowledge preferred

- Highly analytical and detail orientated

- Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions

- Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment

- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload

- Ability to work in cross-functional teams

- Customer focus and professional demeanor

- Willing to work in rotational shifts

Shift Timings : 2pm - 11pm for 2 weeks and 4pm -1 am for 2 weeks
