Financial Analyst - CA/IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Qualification: from finance background - C.A preferred/ M.B.A from Top B Schools

Key roles and responsiblities :

1. Management of evaluation process:

- Review the evaluation sheets shared by Business Units ('BU') across verticals.

- Conduct and present the projects in the evaluation committee meetings

- Follow up with the BUs/ committee members/ chairman with regards to clarifications/ decision on the projects

- Ensure BU's compliance to the evaluation process & maintain the project evaluation tracker

- Liaise with Tech team to get the process digitized on Zoho

2. Initiatives for improvements & revisions in existing process/ system:

- Prepare summary on the evaluated projects & present bimonthly status report to the committee members & Chairman

- Identify and highlight the gaps & challenges in the existing evaluation templates and process

- Awareness of evaluation process across verticals by conducting training sessions periodically

3. Management of internal project audit process:

- Formulation of process, its guidelines/ instructions, standard templates, etc.

- Conduct training sessions on this new process across verticals

- Review of the projects & present the audit report to committee members & chairman

- Maintain audit tracker, etc.

4. Pre-sales & general work:

- Research and preparation of required documents related to new projects such as concept note, PPTs/ proposals, DPR, financial projections, etc.

- Maintain master project list (vertical wise - ongoing as well as proposed projects in line).
