Qualification: CFA / Chartered Accountant The person will be accountable for investigating the financial position of the client company by gathering information and analyzing the company fundamentals, financial statements &amp; reports. Also S/he will be a part of investment banking team, responsible for industry research, making pitch books and building financial models to support the complex deals. - Accountable for development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions. - Perform various valuation methods: comparable companies, precedents, and DCF. - Responsible for preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memoranda, management presentations and pitchbooks. - Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business. - Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions. - Present information describing client company's financial review, valuation analysis and other related complex financial analysis and conclusions Transaction Support: Investment Banking: - Assisting in Transaction closing activities with respect to investee companies - Constructing financial models to help clients assess growth strategies, capital structure decisions, and transaction alternatives - Develop recommendations for product offerings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations. - Ability to assist clients with due diligence process being conducted on them - Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business. PE Fund : - Responsibility for overseeing accounting of the PE fund as prepared by Fund Accounting team which is out sourced - Liaising with Trustees and investors on quarterly and monthly reporting - Co-ordinate due diligence process being conducted on the identified investee companies
