Financial Analyst - CA

Responsibilities:

1. Business Analysis for understanding the needs of the business as a whole, its strategic direction, and identifying initiatives that will allow a business to meet those strategic goals (including PESTLE, SWOT, etc.)

2. Feasibility Studies for evaluation and analysis (including financial analysis) of the potential of a proposed project to support the process of decision

3. Analysis of business operations of potential merger/acquisition opportunities

4. Building financial models for the valuation of target companies and investments

5. Financial Audit (External)

6. Preparation of policies and procedures

Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Experience: 3-5 years
