Job Description:
The Worldwide Customer Service Finance team is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing business in India to support the India Customer Service team.
- You will partner with Operations teams to provide insightful analysis to support the future investments in this space.
- You will also build and leverage an extensive cross-functional partnership with consumer retail businesses and finance teams to drive cost reduction while improving customer experience.

Job Responsibilities include:
- Monitor various productivity metrics for the Customer Service team on weekly basis and assist Operations teams with deep dives
- Providing analytical support for staffing optimization initiatives
- Manage and develop financial models for planning, forecasting, and reporting Costs and efficiency
- Partner with Business Intelligence team on execution and automation of weekly and monthly business review metrics including ensuring that all information provided is timely and accurate
- Root cause analysis and uncovering core issues using data, then assisting the Operations on improving and creating new measures
- Financial analysis and financial modeling skills
- Sourcing, analyzing, and reporting quantitative data; perform ad hoc analyses
- Analyzing trends, formulating projections, and evaluating savings initiatives

Basic Qualifications :
- CA/MBA degree
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications :
- CA/MBA
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: SQL, Oracle, Cognos
