Title - Financial Analyst

Location - Bestech Towers, Sector 66 Mohali, Punjab

Shifts - Night (6 PM- 3 AM) + Cabs + Free Meals + Perks

Working hours - 5 days working - Monday to Friday

Note: Candidate must be comfortable for face to face interview. We have multiple positions for this role.

Salary - Hike on Last salary up to 20 LPA.

Job Details:

- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support

- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements

- Must have atleast 5-7 yrs of relevant experience

- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting

- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecast.

- Develop a strategically accurate and timely financial plan document (statements of advice) that addresses the client's needs and meets their objectives

- Strong finance and business acumen

- Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and willing to learn new software Able and willing to work on own initiative

- People with the International Accounting industry experience would be preferred but not mandatory.
