Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking - Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps - Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support - Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and&nbsp;forecasts - Writing a variety of content related to various financial markets and subject - Perform on the corporate presentations. - Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures - Provide feasibility analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization - Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports,&nbsp;tools, and Excel dashboards Qualifications &amp; Experience : - 3-5+ years of business finance or other relevant experience - B.Com, M.Com degree required (Bachelor- s/Master Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics) - MBAs in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics may also apply - Proven work experience in a quantitatively-heavy role - FMVA or similar designations preferred - Strong quantitative and analytical competency - Strong verbal and written skills - Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency with MS Office Location : Mohali Salary Offered : 7-10 LPA
