About role :

We're on the lookout for analyst (1-3 yrs experience) to work on the preparation of Financial models, Valuations, Investment Decks, Information Memorandums & Business Plans for startups and established businesses. Unconventional, round-the-clock hours, Middle of night wake-up calls to deal with crises, are entirely possible.

Responsibilities :

- Conducting company, industry and competitor analysis and providing critical information to prepare collaterals and conduct company feasibility.

- Build detailed financial models including LBO & merger models, discounted cash flow, relative valuation, WACC, and beta calculation, performing sensitivity analysis, and other ad hoc analysis.

- Work on the preparation of investment decks, information memorandums & business plans

- Work on the identification of comparable companies, comparable transactions, and calculation of transaction multiples

- Research on current trends in the M&A, funding, VC & startup sector.

- Generate content from the data collected and make it presentable for online publishing & internal reports (execute necessary client & industry-specific research work)

Skills :

- Proficiency in financial modeling, including detailed financial forecasting

- Well-versed with advanced excel

- Proven experience building presentations from scratch

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables.

- Working under pressure to deliver high-quality output in a short span of time.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
