We have an opportunity with one of Financial organization in Mumbai....

1. Liasioning with Banks & Financial Institutions (International). Developing Banking relationships (International).

2. Financial Advisory for Fund Raising on Infrastructure Projects.

3. Detailed discussion with the client to understand their requirement and advise on the financing structure.

4. Prepare Information memoranda, investor presentations, credit proposals and other such documents for banks/financial institutions.

5. Answering the queries from banks/FI on the proposal. Closely co-coordinating with the client.

6. Term sheet negotiation for With Bank / Financial Institutions (International). Handling the proposal till the disbursement of funds.
