Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer - Management Institute

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement robust financial policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.

- Lead the budget planning and monitoring process to ensure financial efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Provide strategic financial insights and advice to the Board of Directors and senior management.

- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations, including timely filing of returns, and managing audits by external auditors.

- Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports and statements.

- Manage cash flow, forecasting, and liquidity to ensure the institute's financial health.

- Coordinate with various departments to streamline financial practices and improve profitability.

- Supervise, mentor, and build the capabilities of the finance and accounts team.

- Engage in continuous assessment of financial policies and systems to adapt to changing financial landscapes or internal demands.

- Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and external stakeholders to secure funding and manage investments efficiently.
