Job Responsibilities

A. GAAP conversions :

1. Conversion of financial statements from IGAAP to Ind-AS

2. Reverse conversion for overseas acquisition (IFRS to IGAAP).

B. Consolidation implementation & Accounting Manuals

1. Accounting support for client when selecting new consolidation system.

2. Preparation of accounting manual for group with multiple entities/jurisdictions – IGAAP or IFRS

C. Transaction support and financial reporting

1. IFRS impact assessment for cross-border acquisition

2. EBITDA impact of acquisition

3. Carve-out and demerger accounting

4. Accounting policy alignment – pre- or post-acquisition

D. Tax and tax reporting

1. Accounting solutions (IGAAP and IFRS) related to tax planning/structuring

E. IPO preparedness

1. Overall assessment of company’s readiness from financial reporting/governance perspective for IPO process

2. Project manage production of financial information for IPO process

F. IFRS training, ad-hoc support and on-call services

1. Accounting support for new business models

2. Tailored training programme for specific company/industry

3. White paper/accounting advice on specific transactions
