FinancePlus - Compliance Manager - Internal Audit - CA

Qualified CA with 2- 4 years of post qualification experience in process audits

- To make sure that a company is conducting its business in full compliance with all national and international laws and regulations that pertain to our industry, as well as professional standards, accepted business practices.

- Draft, modify and implement company policies wherever necessary

- Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies

- Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously

- Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues

- Conducting Compliance training, educating employees on the laws, regulations and company policies that apply to their day-to-day job responsibilities. This training can assist in creating a safe, hospitable and respectful workplace as well as detecting and/or avoiding compliance violations.

- Collaborate with departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations.

- Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training

- Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control

- Assess the business's future ventures to identify possible compliance risks

- Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
