Finance & Treasury Manager

Job Description :

Handle the Finance & Treasury function and ensure all statutory compliances that provides timely and effective cash and debt management solutions.

Location : Bangalore/ Delhi/ Pune

The Key responsibilities include :

1. Working Capital Management: Provide timely and accurate cash flow forecasts and recommend/implement cash management strategies that ensure optimal working capital

2. Banking: Ensure proper banking system including protection and custody of funds, debit /credit, investments, as well as all related banking accounting work.

3. Legal Compliances: Drive strategic legal compliances to help and ensure minimum risks & liabilities and protection of company assets & revenue.

4. Treasury & Forex management : Develop treasury policies and capital structure to include cash management, liquidity analysis, hedging strategies, debit /credit management and foreign exchange strategy.

Qualification : MBA - Finance/ CA/ CS
