Job Description - As the Finance Transitions Manager, you will lead several projects, transitioning a variety of roles to the Mumbai Suburban Regional Global Business Centre. These roles will be complete headcount transitions involving the length and breadth of roles currently being performed at site locations.

Description

As the Finance Transitions Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Executions of multiple waves of transition projects in different finance accounting processes

- Designing and developing transitions methodology to be used for future transitions

- Team management and competency building through training

- Designing internal controls and working closely with risk teams to ensure a compliant environment

Profile

As a successful Finance Transitions Manager, you possess a Masters Degree / MBA/ CA in Finance and Accounts. You possess 10 years of relevant transitions experience. You have some understanding of Lean Six sigma and PMO. You are a strong communicator with good listening skills. You are results and deadline orientated and capable of working in a stressful environment. Candidates from the Mumbai Suburban region will be preferred
