Role- Only CA required from Finance Transformation background in RTR, FP&A As a Record to Report Process Expert, you will drive the process transformation within the RTR domain, provide expertise to support the operational teams, drive continuous improvement and monitor the performance of the RTR operations. - The RTR BPE will be the owner of a number of sub processes within the RTR domain (MEC, MJV, BSAR etc), the related controls, directives and the tooling. - The RTR BPE is expected to define the roadmaps for his processes and initiate initiatives to deliver the roadmap - Together with the RTR BPO and the RTR Ops team, the RTR BPE will drive a number of process transformations; examples include MEC optimization, touchless close - The RTR BPE will drive continuous improvement and ensure that the processes remain compliant with the local / fiscal regulations - The RTR BPE will ensure that the right and adequate controls are embedded in his processes - The RTR BPE will monitor the performance of the operations and execute oversight controls to ensure the right quality is delivered - The RTR BPE will drive process adherence and use the input to drive continuous improvement The RTR BPE will set the KPIs for the sub processes, monitor performance and drive initiatives to ensure the KPIs are delivered
