Our client is a Global Consulting Firm, is looking our for Manager - Finance Transformation Consulting to be based at Mumbai

Position : Manager - Finance Transformation

Location :Mumbai

Qualification :

- MBA/PGDBM/PGDM (full time) – Only Premier Business Schools ( IIM’s , XLRI)

- 5 to 8 yrs of relevant (consulting) experience

- Financial Management Services

Context :

- Organizations need to align finance functions with the strategy to realize and sustain value over the long term. Transforming their finance capabilities helps drive business value across the enterprise while seeking to ensure the integrity of the processes and information delivered to key stakeholders.
Coverage

- Finance Strategy - Developing a finance vision and strategy

- Finance Transformation / Process Optimization - ‘right-size’ the finance organizations cost base - ‘Order to cash’, ‘Procure to pay’, ‘Acquire to retire’, ‘Plan to perform’ and ‘Record to report’

- Business Performance Management / Reporting - Streamlining Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting processes

- Cash & Working Capital Management - develop and implement visibility, control and generation of cash

- Finance Function Integration - Merger of finance organization

- Shared Services – Shared service strategy for core finance - Account Payables, Receivables, payroll etc.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Delivery of Revenue on client engagements

- Use client relationships to identify new opportunities for the firm

- Leads and directs multiple projects effectively.

- Negotiates fees and other terms of engagement

- Monitors billing/ Fee collection using billing reports

- Counsels teams and individuals (via defining and implementing developmental plans)which will result in meeting future needs of the firm.

- Contributes to implementing and enhancing the firms policies and procedures for knowledge management and management for the firm’s intellectual capital

- Acts promptly to rectify and repair any risk to the firm or its clients in relation to intellectual capital
