Finance Transformation Lead - Record to Report - BPO/Consulting

We are looking for a leader in the F&A space who can contribute towards growth & profitability in the R2R operations by :

- Leading client side transformation

- Shaping the business

- Coaching and mentoring account teams

- Enhance the competencies

- Developing the value proposition

- Ensuring Operational Excellence

- Establishing Benchmarks and insights

- Working with sales team to design proposals

- Globally leading R2R practice

We are looking for:

- A seasoned financed professional with over 8 years of experience

- Good experience into transformation, change management projects, six sigma is preferred

- Good experience into F&A, R2R Operations/Delivery is preferred

- ERP experience preferred

- Qualified Chartered Accountant preferred
