Finance Transformation Consultant - Strategy Firm (3-5 yrs)
Job Description :
The Finance Transformation Consultant would be involved in the following activities:
1. Undertaking a process and systems diagnostic exercise
2. Implementing improvement opportunities identified as part of a previous diagnostic exercise
3. Defining requirements for a finance systems implementation and participating in testing and deployment activities
4. Assisting in business development activities (high level process discovery, proposal development, etc)
5. Undertaking research activities to support the Finance Transformation practice
Requirements :
We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:
- Good academic background
- Financial and Analytical skills
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.
- Prior exposure to finance and accounting processes would be an added advantage
