Finance Transformation - Big4

My client is a globally renowned professional services firm with a market leading position in Operations & Strategy Consulting. With a clear focus on India, they are looking to grow their performance improvement, effectiveness & financial management advisory consulting practice and are looking for a leader to drive this business.

What would you be doing in this role:

- Reporting directly to the Partner & Practice Lead, you will be responsible to provide extensive CFO function domain knowledge and expertise to ensure smooth service delivery, manage and mentor consulting talent, enable and maintain CFO level relationships across industry to develop business, drive the profitability of your practice area, build a name for yourself as a thought leader in the CFO function.

As a successful incumbent:

- You will come with a top tier MBA and/or a CA professional degree with a minimum of 10 years of work experience which would comprise a mixture of both industry and consulting with a well renowned service provider.

- Additionally, international experience would be highly preferred. You will also demonstrate a track record of having driven profitable consulting businesses, being recognized a thought leader in the CFO function and knowledge of the finance transformation. You should also be considered a "market maker" with strong CFO level relationships. You will also have excellent communication & relationship building skills.
