Finance Transformation & Analytics Consultant

Experience: 12-15 Years

Qualification: Engg / MBA / CA / ICWA

Location: Bangalore

Skills: Black belt, six sigma, worked in finance domain, Very good in data analytics - new tool - R- and python

Key roles and responsibilities:

- Partner with various Finance organizations to drive strategic Finance projects with Lean Six Sigma/ Design Thinking methodology

- Use Analytics/Statistical/Artificial Intelligence models to solve business problems

- Drive end to end process assessments to find transformation opportunities and/or solve operations/ controls issues

- Build Analytical Problem-Solving DNA in Finance org through training on LSS/Design Thinking/Analytics tools and methodology and drive certifications

Qualification/Experience Requirement:

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt with F&A domain experience (CA or MBA Finance preferred)

- Strong understanding of F&A processes and their connection with business

- 10-15 years of experience in F&A, Quality, Analytics or combined

- Hands on experience in using statistical data modeling and/or AI programming tools like R, Python, SAS etc.

- Consultative skills, ability to work in cross-functional/ cross geographic teams

- High confidence and communication skills to directly deal with very senior stakeholders

- Growth mindset to constantly upgrading skillset and apply them to business problems
