Finance and transaction Advisory

Job Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of the role are:

- Prepare reports, information memoranda, teasers, summary and presentations for raising funds

- Experience of handling debt / equity transactions and financing

- Analyse and review financial statements, complex financial models and identify areas of concerns

- Manage end to end financial modelling requirements from a fund-raise perspective

- Undertake project viability analysis for potential investors / borrowers

- Plan for project financing of private projects and evaluate credit worthiness

- Assist in structuring solutions to best address client's needs and requirements

- Liaison with banks / private investors to raise funds

- Understand due diligence requests from potential lenders /borrowers, and prepare a comprehensive response

Key Skills Required:

- Has closely worked on a transaction from end-to-end

- Experience of working with legal and tax teams and experts to develop pitchbook

- Knowledge of Project Finance

- In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, models, and forecasts

- Good understanding of financial markets and a variety of debt and other instruments that may be used for financing

- Ability to multi-task and display strong result-oriented approach

- Good communication, project execution & planning skills

- Excellent inter-personal and team skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment

- Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills

- Leading operations within capital markets

Education Qualifications : CA / MBA / CFA with strong domain knowledge

Experience (in yrs) : 10+ years experience in project financing and transaction advisory
