Manager / Sr Manager Finance Technology Transformation

Job Description:

- Understand technology requirements of CFOs and advise clients on roadmap for Finance Technology transformation

- Create advisory solutions around Finance Technology – ERP, Business Intelligence, Budgeting & Forecasting, Consolidation etc

- Meet revenue targets for the Finance Technology sub practice

- Network with internal & external stakeholders to build awareness of solutions

Skill Set Required:

- Must bring in deep domain expertise, thought leadership, understanding of current & future trends, use of latest technology to drive improvements, ability to drive service excellence and client business value in these areas, understanding of quality and operational excellence drives, understanding of analytics

- Hands on experience in Finance Technology Implementation / Advisory

- Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Business Intelligence & BPC tools essential

- Exceptional communication skills – verbal / written

- Strong client presence

- Ability to work with senior stakeholders in delivery, client & ERP implementation practices

- 12-15 years total experience with 5-7 years relevant experience

- Prior consulting experience in Big4 firms is desirable

Qualifications : CA/CPA/ICWA/CIMA/MBA(Finance)
