Finance Team Member - Financial Reporting/Audit/Control - CA

As a member of the finance team, key role in facilitating monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings, audits, tax preparation, and financial statement preparation, as well as generating various reports.

- Review financials, audits, and conduct due diligence interacting with high-net-worth individuals and senior stakeholders.

- Finance-related projects to improve business performance.

- Managing Financial Reporting, Financial Closing, Audits, Internal Controls, and related functions

- Ensuring successful audit closures, conducting financial reviews

- Undertaking any ad hoc finance projects as required by the business

- Entity specializes in technology and technology-enabled entities investments, serving as a subsidiary to one of India's largest established internet companies. Heavily involved in innovation, product development, integration with mobile and social media, technology updates, research and development etc.

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Chartered Accountant designation with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
